Inter-American Court of Human Rights | San José, Costa Rica
Visiting Professional Attorney (Jan. 2011 – Apr. 2011). Acted as legal counsel within the Court´s legal department. In charge of preparing legal memorandums, opinions and research on topics of general International Public Law and Human Rights. Prepared draft opinions in cases before the Court. Worked within a legal team and handled the various aspects of legal proceedings filed before the Court, including hearings and provisional measures. Also assisted the Secretariat in the preparation of legal documents and research for the President of the Court related to international law.
